Casablanca is a wonderful family-owned villa located in Playa Blanca on the most Southern tip of Lanzarote. The location is known for getting the best of the weather and has a reputation for being the upmarket part of Lanzarote. It was originally a fishing village which has been very carefully developed to allow only low rise homes and luxury Hotels around the very best sandy beaches.

Villa Blancas, unlike much of the holiday accommodation in the area, is not part of a typical tourist resort but is on a completely private development. This means that it is as far removed from the 'Butlins' style of holiday as it could be and consequently they are exclusive and secluded individual villas.

It is possible to park directly outside the villa, which is a somewhat unusual feature in the area but which is a very positive advantage when carrying children, luggage, or shopping.

Additionally, Casablanca is a villa that has been built in the last few years to a very high specification to include spacious accommodation, a superior finish including the use of hard wood, marble and granite, and enjoys a wonderful location with fantastic views. It is also both furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

20 Villas Blancas – ‘Casablanca’ - is a detached two storey house with its own swimming pool, situated in an elevated position with fantastic panoramic views from the first floor. It is close to a small supermarket and it takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach or the town restaurants, shops and bars.

It is a new home in a new development, built to a good specification with hardwood doors, tiled floors throughout, granite worktops in the kitchen and quality furniture and furnishings.

All the furniture, lighting, equipment and furnishings including the linen are of a very high quality. There are external lights to illuminate the pool and patio.

It has a good size swimming pool with an outside shower and it is possible to heat the pool for an additional charge. Around the pool there is a large tiled area for sunbathing or ‘al fresco’ eating, with a huge cantilevered umbrella, and there are six sun loungers and a table and six chairs for this area.
